Registration starts at 7:45-8:30 (though you can register later if you get in late). You need to register so that we have an accurate headcount for food. Registration is by the C entrance at CLC. You'll know you are in the right place because there will be a giant C over the door

You CAN park in the faculty/staff lot. The Chief of Police has been notified and has acknowledged that there will be cars in that lot legally--there are no classes that day.

We are sharing the facility with the nursing program which will have a pinning ceremony in the AM.

We are getting box lunches. There are no snacks planned for the afternoon. You will probably want to save the parts of the lunch that you don't eat for later. That was our intent.

When disposing of the box lunches, please break the boxes down (i.e. flatten them). That will allow us to make more efficient use of the garbage cans.

If you see waste laying about, please help by cleaning up.

The wireless network is Lancernet. They are not really equipped to handle a group our size. Apparently the student population never turns on 500+ laptops/phones simultaneously. Use it as you will during breaks, but please close the laptops during any talks-- the speakers will thank you!

You can save a tree and leave your tickets at home. We'll have checkin lists. Those checkin lists will work fine.
