This talk will cover a mixture of techniques that will help any knowledge worker better cope with the stresses of everyday life and career. More and more each day, it is being found that mindfulness and meditation have great positive impact both in personal and professional life. Additionally, workspaces have been constructed to maximize productivity, but minimize the health of a worker. Exercises covered with be simple breathwork mindfulness/meditation, and stretches from physical therapists to combat prolonged seating at a desk. The background and science of why these techniques works will be covered. And other half will be an applied demonstration and guidance through exercises.
