Culture has been talked about quite a bit, especially within the DevOps space. People are always talking about building a great culture, fostering a great culture. But ultimately what does that mean? We view culture as a organizational trait, but culture exists at multiple levels within an organization. What makes a culture great? How do you build a culture? How do you identify a bad versus a good culture? In this talk we'll dive into the specific components of a culture and how it operates within different levels of the organization.
